TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR committees and working groups

The FCDSA Council has established a number of Committees and Working Groups which oversee and develop programs. For each group, the Council develops terms of reference which outline each group's mandate, objectives, composition, meetings, reporting/accountability and staff support.
